Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment is received.

Delivery Timeframes:

Shipping Fees:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email

Undeliverable Packages:
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer may be responsible for additional delivery fees.

Damage or Issues:
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and/video so we can assist immediately.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

Refunds & Cancellations
We aim to ensure that all customers are satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • For digital or service-based products, refunds may only apply if the service has not yet been delivered.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Gift cards

  • Products damaged through misuse

Processing Time:
Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.

Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
